Adrian T Dickson
Adrian is a Senior Environmental Scientist in the Strategic Policy Science & Engagement division of NSW DCCEEW. His primary role is focused on freshwater riverine monitoring and assessment, largely consisting of the development, implementation and management of water quality and macroinvertebrate monitoring programs to assess ecosystem condition, with an ever-present goal of providing information to guide management decisions. Throughout his 20+ years in the field Adrian has developed a strong interest in environmental data, from creation of digital field collection tools, to in depth spatial and statistical analysis, with a commitment to data management and opening data for public access, he finds continual learning a motivation that science constantly delivers.
